Can I pay by bKash or Nagad?
Yes. For bKash/Nagad payment, enter sender number, transaction ID, and upload payment screenshot for admin verification.
Can I return an item?
Eligible items can be returned within 14 days from delivery, subject to product condition and return policy rules.
What happens after I upload a payment screenshot?
Your payment status will be marked as Verification Pending until admin checks and confirms the payment.
